Mission  and Vision of the School

The Lord’s International School and Academy is a non-denominational Christian Nursery, Primary and Secondary School specifically established with paramount objectives of raising Godly Leaders based on Christian doctrines/tenets in a Christian moral environment and leading them towards uprightness and perfection in character and learning while tutoring  to meet the maximum attainable knowledge at their various levels of education in consonance with government standards and policies thereto.

Eligibility for Admission:

COMMENCEMENT:

The School commenced on 6^th September, 2010.  The school hours run from 7.30am – 3.00pm (including lessons period).

The Lord’s International School and Academy, Mpape II, is a co-educational model Christian Academy comprising Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Primary, Secondary, Advance and Professional Schools with the following Departments:

(i)                   Conventional Education            

(ii)                 Vocational/ Technical Education   

(iii)                Computer and Secretariat Studies

(iv)               Religious and Social Standard Monitoring.

The School is an arm of the Church of Jesus Christ for the Redeemed Christian and operates the educational curricula of the government at the various levels.  The School was opened on 6^th September, 2010.

 Facilities:

a.  Environment:

The School is located at serene environments very conducive for learning and specifically built to guarantee convenience and undisrupted learning atmosphere.  

b.   Classes:

The School has classes from Pre-Nursery – SSS3 that can accommodates conveniently about 35 pupil/students or more, with modern teaching supports materials.  There are also morning, afternoon and evening sessions classes.

c.    Quality of Teachers:

The School adheres strictly to prescribed minimum qualification for teachers at the various levels in addition to the mandatory qualification of  manifested Christian virtues (i.e. being born again).  The school therefore parades highly qualified born again Christian teachers.

d.   Conveniences:

Each class in the Secondary School from JSS1-SS3 has its own Jacuzzi   modern water system toilet.  The Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Primary School are built with modern conveniences that guarantees standard sanitary condition.

e.    Transportation:

The School has a fully air-conditioned school bus to convey our pupils/students to and fro designated points and their houses (if the roads thereto are ‘motorable’) at very reasonable rates.

f.     Laboratory:

The School has a modern fully computerised Information Technology/Internet/Cyber-café centre  and science laboratory for practical on subjects related thereto.

g.     Vocational Studies

The School believes very much in vocational studies and have therefore designed vocational studies in the areas of carpentry works, basic technology, information processing/typewriting, shoes repairs, block laying, etc.

h.   Play Ground:

The School has field which could serve sporting purposes such as volley ball, hand ball, foot ball, table tennis, etc.
